Making Raving Fans Hospitality, LLC is owned by partners Chef Peter Sclafani and Kiva Guidroz. The hospitality group encompasses the three restaurant concepts of Portobello’s Grill, P-Beau’s, and SoLou, and the partners continue to push the culinary envelope in the Greater Baton Rouge area.

The team is not slowing in their plans to reach their goal of growing the company and is excited to continue providing unique and high-quality dining experiences to the communities they serve.
